Firm's fearless approach secures win

Birmingham-based PR agency Story Comms is celebrating after being named the Midlands Small Consultancy of the Year at the PRCA Dare Awards.

The win marks a year of growth for Story, which specialises in 'fearless PR' for businesses. Over the last 12 months, Story has rebranded and secured new business, resulting in a 50% increase in revenue between 2017-2018 and the firm has doubled its headcount.

Since launching almost five years ago, Story has won business and PR industry awards including Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy at the 2017 CIPR PRIDE awards, and 2016 PRCA Dare Integrated Campaign of the Year for its work with John Lewis. This win is also the second time that the agency has been recognised by the PRCA in the Small Consultancy of the Year category.

PRCA Dare judges praised Story for being “a stand out winner as it demonstrates clear achievements in the current year and five years of exciting progress has been achieved.”
