Commercial property law specialist Ian Yarde is one of three new senior hires at Midlands law firm Lodders.
Ian has joined as senior associate in Lodders’ real estate practice, one of the largest in the Midlands with 30 specialist real estate, commercial property, planning, construction and highways legal experts.
A specialist in residential development matters and all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work, Ian was previously at the Stratford upon Avon office of Shakespeare Martineau’s for 12 years, where he was legal director in the commercial property practice.
Lodders has also made senior hires in its corporate and commercial team and private client practice.
The firm has appointed Leanne Lawrence as an associate solicitor in its corporate and commercial team while Tom O’Riordan joins as a trusts solicitor in Lodders’ Private Client practice.
