Birmingham property consultancy Johnson Fellows has announced another senior appointment, as its experienced property management team goes from strength to strength.
Johnson Fellows has welcomed Sam Gifford as an associate partner who brings more than 14 years of experience in commercial property management across a diverse range of national property portfolios.
He has previously held a number of senior positions with leading property consultancies, and has experience managing complex property portfolios on behalf of asset managers, landlords and occupiers.
Previous clients include Adapt Real Estate, Mileway Real Estate and M7 Real Estate, as well as a number of private investors.
