Quantuma boosts corporate finance team

Business advisory firm Quantuma has appointed corporate finance specialist David Newton as a director in its Midlands Corporate Finance team.

David is a Chartered Accountant, senior finance professional and strategy expert with significant corporate finance experience. He will join Scott Peters in Quantuma’s Birmingham office, supporting businesses in the Midlands region.

From his roles as both a corporate finance adviser and an executive director, David has over 30 years’ experience in guiding companies on their needs and advising them on the most appropriate solutions.

He has advised on more than 15 Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and numerous fund raising and M&A activities across both the public and private arena. David’s sector experience includes real estate, financial services, IT & software, education and natural resources.

Quantuma has a fast-growing Midlands presence with restructuring specialist Richard Easterby and corporate finance expert Scott Peters being joined by senior new colleagues last year, including restructuring specialist and managing director Chris Lewis, as well as Forensic Accounting expert and managing director Hannah Griffin.
