Property regeneration team welcomes Theo

Independent nationwide property regeneration consultants AspinallVerdi have appointed Theo Stevenson Bunney as consultant to serve public and private sector clients throughout the Midlands.

Based at the firm’s Birmingham office at Somerset House in Temple Street, Theo joins from High Wycombe-based housebuilder Saint Edward’s Estates, with essential experience in land acquisition and planning.  

Theo joins the growing team in Birmingham to support local authorities and developers on disposal, regeneration and viability projects across the region, while working towards his Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accreditation.
