The Quantity Surveying and Project Management team at multi-disciplinary practice rg+p Ltd has grown with two new hires.
Jose Monteiro joins as a senior PM/EA, bringing over a decade of experience on projects including the mixed-use urban extensions at Fairfield, Milton Keynes and Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon.
Mubin Serpuja begins as a placement Year QS, where he will complete on the job training alongside studying for his Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management BSc (Hons) at Nottingham Trent University. Both will divide their time between rg+p’s Birmingham and Leicester studios, and will be mentored by associate director Andrew Frost.
Andrew said: “It’s exciting to add these new faces to our team following a period of sustained growth, and we’re confident they’ll bring a mix of energy and experience to support our continued success. Their skills, ambition and fresh perspectives made them standout candidates, and we’re looking forward to them making a positive impact.”
rg+p’s latest growth is partly attributed to its role on the Bromford Flagship framework, which has been active for just under a year and includes schemes at Evesham Gate, Worcestershire for 45 homes and two sites at Elgar Park, Malvern for a combined 157 homes.
Mitch Dale, rg+p’s QS & PM director, said: “Since being appointed to the Bromford Flagship framework, our work across the West Midlands has accelerated and we’re proud to be helping bring forward quality affordable homes in locations where there is strong demand.
“Other new projects include 165 homes across two sites in Edgbaston for Midland Heart, as well as our first project with Settle Housing in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire following their merger with Paradigm.
"With a healthy pipeline of new housing work alongside education, civic and HRB schemes currently under way, we're maintaining strong momentum as we move through the summer,” said Mitch.
