PKF Smith Cooper has welcomed Chloe Fisher as its new corporate finance manager, strengthening its Midlands M&A advisory team at a pivotal time for the firm.
With an active pipeline for 2026, the Corporate Finance team is building on the momentum of a successful 2025 and expects continued growth across growth investment work, sell-side mandates, debt advisory and acquisition support. This expansion is further supported by the rapid growth of PKF Smith Cooper’s Transaction Services team.
Chloe started her career in audit with a Big Four firm and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2021. She moved into M&A shortly after, advising owner-managed businesses on company sales over the next three years at a boutique corporate finance firm.
Last year, PKF Smith Cooper Corporate Finance completed transactions totalling £400 million, with activity spanning a diverse range of sectors including industrials and engineering, professional services, self storage, and food and beverage.
