An upmarket nail boutique is being launched in Birmingham city centre after a long-term lease was agreed.
Commercial property consultancy Johnson Fellows said that Noir Nails & Co had taken on a 973 sq ft ground floor retail unit at 13 Cannon Street.
Richard Bache, agency partner at Johnson Felllows, acted on behalf of the landlord to secure the letting, and he said: “It is always wonderful to be able to help a new business secure suitable premises from which to flourish while bringing added interest and energy to the city centre.
“Noir Nails & Co has invested heavily in an amazing fit-out of the shop, which is in a great location, and I’m sure they will attract many customers.”
Noir Nails & Co owner Hà Nguyễn Võ Thu said: “We chose 13 Cannon Street because it offers a perfect balance of visibility, accessibility, and vibrant footfall.
“Being in the heart of the city allows us to serve a diverse clientele - from professionals and creatives to students and visitors - who are seeking more than a quick fix.
“We’ve already created employment opportunities for skilled beauty professionals and plan to grow our team further. Our focus is on recruiting and nurturing talent, investing in technical training, and fostering a studio environment where creativity and high standards go hand in hand.”
