Law firm Pearcelegal Solicitors has expanded its offices in Solihull town centre as the company continues to build on its success.
The firm, which is based on Church Hill Road, has expanded its footprint in the town centre by taking an additional 800 sq ft of office space fronting the High Street, previously occupied by John Shepherd Estate Agents.
The deal was brokered by commercial property firm Johnson Fellows on behalf of its client Solihull Council, with Peter Fowles Surveyors representing Pearcelegal.
Established in 1981, Pearcelegal offers a comprehensive range of legal support to individuals, business and charities, including family law, residential and commercial conveyancing, wills, trusts and probate, employment contracts and dispute resolution.
