A flurry of activity has led to a duo of lettings at Tamebridge Industrial Estate, with significant deals agreed with both Fletchers Fibre Services Ltd and Enterprise Building Products.
The deals were agreed by joint agents KWB and Darby Keye, following a substantial refurbishment of the warehouse and trade units at Tamebridge Industrial Estate, located off Aldridge Road in Perry Barr.
These recent lettings, along with another unit of 11,524 sq ft that is currently under offer, leave just 21,450 sq ft available.
Director at KWB Kenny Allan said: “Following the recent refurbishment at Tamebridge Industrial Estate, there has been a flurry of activity, with two new deals agreed and a third unit currently under offer.
“These deals reflect a robust market, with potential occupiers searching for high quality warehouse and trade units in prominent locations across Birmingham. These deals are testament to the proactivity of RealEstate IM in updating the available space and ensuring it meets the needs of modern occupiers. The decision to provide new roofs on the empty properties has been really well received by occupiers.
Chris Keye, director at Darby Keye, said: “Tamebridge Industrial Estate provides an attractive working environment for a wide variety of occupiers. Fletchers Fibre Services and Enterprise Building Products were both attracted by the recently-refurbished space and the enviable location, joining other prominent occupiers including ToolStation and Screwfix.”
KWB offers a unique body of office and industrial property services and expertise, as well as the management of mixed-use schemes and residential blocks, to occupiers and property owners.
