Commercial agents seal the deal

Commercial agents Siddall Jones have helped one of Birmingham’s fastest growing businesses to take a giant leap forward  with one of the largest lettings seen in the Jewellery Quarter in the past 12 months.

Hoodrich, the brainchild of Erdington entrepreneur Jay Williams, has taken 6,355 sq ft - the entire first floor of The Atrium in Frederick Street.

Ed Siddall-Jones, managing director of Siddall Jones, said: “The Atrium has been lovingly restored to provide first class headquarters facilities. We understood the need for Hoodrich to have a modern office building close to the city centre and identified the property immediately as being suitable for their requirement."

Hoodrich was launched in 2014 when Jay Williams began selling his T-shirts from the boot of his car before signing a deal with retailer Footasylum.

Wolferstans Solicitors in Plymouth acted for the landlord and TLT Solicitors in Manchester for Hoodrich.
