Birmingham-based property consultancy KWB has secured the sale of 1 Bromwich Court, to building services contractor RJS Ventol.
The 17,994 sq ft, three storey office building in Coleshill will now undergo a comprehensive refurbishment, before becoming RJS Ventol’s new head office.
This deal is part of the latest expansion plans for RJS Ventol, which will see the company expand its team by roughly 15% over the coming months and into 2027.
Malcolm Jones, director at KWB, said: “1 Bromwich Court offered a rare opportunity for RJS Ventol to acquire an office building with extreme potential in a prime location. It’s great that this new space will allow them to create more job opportunities in the Midlands and continue to expand their services.”

Established in 1921, RJS Ventol has built a strong reputation in the commercial and industrial sectors, providing mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and security system design and installation services. In 2023, the business expanded its services to act as the Principal Contractor for clients and deliver ‘end to end’ projects.
KWB offers a unique body of office and industrial property services and expertise, as well as the management of mixed-use schemes and residential blocks, to occupiers and property owners.
