Berwick Partners expands overseas

Executive search firm Berwick Partners is continuing its strategic expansion plans with the launch of new offices in Singapore and Dallas.

The firm already operates from key locations across the UK in Birmingham, London, Manchester, Leeds, and Glasgow, with its international network also including offices in Amsterdam and Dubai.

Managing director of Berwick Partners, Richard Love, said expansion into the US and Asia Pacific was the latest part of its strategy of international growth.

“We have a clear plan to further internationalise the business over the next three years, to provide greater coverage and value for our clients, candidates and our consultants.The Asia Pacific market is one we have long been targeting; it’s a key region and a foothold is vital for Berwick Partners to be a truly global business. Singapore is an ideal base for the new office in the AP region.

“A strong US presence is equally important to the firm’s plans, and the new Dallas office is a sign of both our intent and market opportunities across the US. The UK continues as central to our plans and we will continue to invest here at the same time as we expand overseas.”

Berwick Partners has recruited Brian Watson as partner and head of the Dallas office. He is the firm’s first partner-level hire in the US and will also lead the HR practice across North America.

Appointed to head the new Singapore and Asia Pacific operation is Tim Klimcke, who will drive building the team that will work with multi-national organisations across all industries and markets in the region.
