New apprentices at property consultancy

Birmingham property consultancy Johnson Fellows has welcomed two apprentices to its team, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing young talent in the property industry.

New apprentice surveyors Zach Greenway and Harry Dukes have joined the business as part of Johnson Fellows’ apprenticeship programme, which blends structured learning with practical, on-the-job experience.

Both Zach and Harry are studying towards a RICS-accredited degree in Real Estate at Birmingham City University, while developing their skills on real life projects within the company’s Lease Advisory, Property Management and Agency teams working across all sectors of commercial property.

Paul Milsom, senior partner at Johnson Fellows, said: “We’re passionate about giving young people the opportunity to earn while they learn and build a long-term career in the commercial property sector.

“Investing and retaining new talent couldn’t be more important and we’re really proud to be helping to shape the next generation of industry leaders. It’s fantastic to play a part in Zach and Harry’s career journeys as they take their first steps into the property industry.”

Johnson Fellows is a commercial property agency established in Birmingham in 1984, with additional offices in London and Manchester. The company acts for a wide range of clients, including retailers, investors, developers and financiers providing services such as agency, lease advisory, property management, building surveying, and valuation.
