adi Compliance 360 has launched a new compliance management platform designed to tackle long-standing challenges around remedial action, record keeping and visibility of electrical compliance.
adiAssure360 has been developed to address issues commonly seen across busy operational environments, where testing, reporting, remedial works and future planning often sit within separate systems or processes. By bringing these stages together, the platform gives teams a single, clearer view of outstanding actions, asset condition, upcoming requirements and overall compliance status.
adi Compliance 360 - part of the adi Group - states that one of the recurring challenges within the market is responsibility for electrical compliance often sits within a much broader remit. As a result, issues may not always be prioritised until an audit, insurer request or incident forces them into focus.
This can be particularly challenging for businesses managing large or geographically dispersed sites, where teams need to understand not only whether testing has taken place, but whether identified faults have been acted upon and evidenced as complete.
Ashley Sweet, head of Sales at adi Compliance 360, said: “One of the biggest challenges we see is that businesses often don’t have a clear picture of what they have across their sites or what work has been completed, as well as where they currently stand from a compliance perspective.
“Electrical compliance may only represent a small part of someone’s overall role, and often it isn’t until an audit takes place, an insurer asks for information, or something goes wrong that it becomes an urgent priority.
“The aim with adiAssure360 is to close the loop between testing and completing remedial work, rather than allowing each stage to sit separately. For businesses operating multiple sites in particular, having that information available in one place can make it much easier to understand where action is needed and when further work is due.”
The launch of adiAssure360 reflects a wider push across facilities and engineering teams to improve oversight of compliance activity and reduce reliance on fragmented records or delayed reporting.
adiAssure360 is set to prove valuable across sectors including food and beverage, automotive, facilities management, data centres, distribution, chemical, oil and gas and heavy industry - areas where electrical infrastructure is often complex, high‑risk and spread across multiple operational environments.
