Birmingham businesses and their employees are being offered a new standard in customer service following the reopening of flexible workspace offices in the city centre.
Revamped private offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms and a dedicated concierge team are all part of a six-figure investment aimed at enhancing the tenant and visitor experience at the newly-branded Victoria Square WorkRooms, in Victoria Square.
Superfast broadband, office support services including printing and courier services, on-site parking and complimentary tea and coffee are also available following the appointment of new management company, Covalt.
Calum Russell, CEO of Covalt, expects the new-look offices to appeal to companies of all shapes and sizes across the West Midlands, as well as individuals looking for alternative workspace in a prime city centre location.

More than 350 desk spaces are available at Victoria Square WorkRooms, which occupies three floors of 1 Victoria Square. Kitchens, lounge areas, secure cycle racks and showers also feature.
The Covalt team includes new centre manager Kay Waters and community lead Paynton Carter, who will be working together to develop a curated programme of business and social community events to bring the space to life.
