Quantity surveyor joins team

Construction and property consultant Summers-Inman has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new director.

Joining Summers-Inman from Pulse Consultancy in Birmingham, James Smalley will join the leadership team for the Midland region and brings with him a wealth of experience.

James - who has spent the last 17 years in quantity surveying - has worked across projects in residential, civil and commercial, all of which mirror Summers-Inman’s core business areas.

He will be leading on commercial projects from £1m to £10m in size in addition to growing the Birmingham office.

James said: “I am delighted to be joining the team at Summers-Inman. They have a well-established reputation for delivering key projects across many sectors and are renowned for their high standards of client care, quality and service delivery.”
